"At the court hearing today (December 4) in Los Angeles County, Rodolfo Martinez admitted to the charges and was found guilty by the Judge. We understand that he will be sentenced later. Similarly, at the prior court hearing in Ventura County, on October 10 he was found guilty of Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography."
