The Holy Spirit anointed Christ as a priest in the incarnation. He prompted him to carry out his redemptive work, and it was the gift that Jesus received from the Father to pour it out on the world and sanctify the Church.
This divine Spirit, who dwells in our hearts, transforms us into a permanent offering with Jesus crucified and leads us to the full knowledge of the mystery of God and the cross.
The Holy Spirit, who distributes his charisms as he wants, has chosen us, Missionaries of the Holy Spirit, to associate ourselves through the cross to his mission of Sanctifier. He enlightens and encourages us to live and help others to live the Spirit of Christ, the Priest, and Victim.
For this reason, our vocation consecrates us in a unique way to the Holy Spirit. It requires us to be most devoted to this divine Spirit and docile to his inspirations. The titular solemnity of the Congregation is Pentecost.
